The MTN Ride Crater Cruise is one of South Africa's most prestigious mountain bike festivals. Every second weekend of October, mtbikers from across the continent flock to Parys in the Free State, South Africa to compete for the Mountainbike Marathon title <King and Queen of the Crater>, OR to come and enjoy the beauty of the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site along the Vaal River and indulge in the friendliness and hospitality of our rural community. The Petit Paris venue is the home of the event and is only 100km from Johannesburg.

Please note that registration and number pick up for the Master Blaster road race of Parys will take place on 5 October 2011 from 9h00 - 16h00 at the Anatomic Factory outlet- Beyers Naude 179 Northcliff -JHB, and on Friday 7 October 2011 at the Silhouette Factory, 11 Carl Preller Street, Parys, Free State, at the venue GPS – S 26°55.368’ E 27°27.429’ from 6:00 - 7:00.

Master Blaster registrations will happen together with the Crater Cruise registrations at the following venues at the following times:
